PAX Forms uses any PALM OS™ handheld unit (PDA) for data entry by field personnel. PAX Forms uses required fields to ensure complete records, and can be customized for local conditions and regulations. PAX Forms enables clients to preload the addresses of sites to be visited, even customized by geographical boundaries.
